Description

Technical description This servo drive is built with closed metal housing, and heat dissipation holes are reserved on the shell surface for natural convection cooling without built‑in cooling fan. The internal DSP processing chip realizes sine‑wave commutation control, effectively reducing torque ripple and low‑speed cogging phenomenon, so the motor can run stably even under low‑speed working conditions. Multiple hardware revisions maintain interchangeability for on‑site replacement. Conformal coated versions can be selected for cabinet environments with high humidity and corrosive gas.
It accepts step‑direction pulse command input, and can be directly matched with upper‑level PLC, motion controller or numerical control system. Relevant control parameters such as gain and filter time can be adjusted through supporting configuration software. Multiple status indicator lamps are arranged on the front panel, and operators can judge power‑on state, running status and basic fault alarm without connecting configuration software. It is equipped with encoder feedback interface, which can collect real‑time motor position signal to form closed‑loop control.
There is no built‑in fuse inside the drive. External short‑circuit and over‑current protection devices need to be configured on the field wiring loop. Surge suppression components are suggested for inductive loads to avoid damage caused by instantaneous back‑EMF. The communication interface supports serial protocol to realize data interaction with upper host, uploading operating parameters and fault diagnostic information.
Power supply mode adopts external industrial AC power input. The drive only completes power conversion and motor driving function, and cannot provide power output for other field equipment. Installation follows standard cabinet‑mount requirements, and enough gap should be reserved around the unit to ensure heat dissipation effect.
Environmental working limits: operating temperature ranges from 0℃ to +50℃, performance parameters need to be derated when the cabinet temperature is too high. Storage and transportation temperature is ‑40℃ ~ +85℃. Relative humidity keeps 5%‑95% non‑condensing environment. The unit meets UL and CE industrial safety certification requirements.
Application Scenarios This servo drive is oriented to multi‑axis and single‑axis precision motion occasions of industrial equipment, mainly used for the renovation and spare‑part replacement of old‑model equipment.
- Mechanical processing equipment: used for feeding axis and positioning axis control of special‑purpose machine tools, realizing stable speed and accurate positioning of mechanical structure.
- Packaging and printing industry: applied to packaging forming equipment, label printing equipment, to complete material feeding, cutting and winding motion control.
- Automated positioning platforms: for linear sliding tables, rotary positioning mechanisms, handling small‑ and medium‑size workpieces, suitable for low‑frequency repeated movement.
- Textile special machinery: driving servo shaft of textile processing equipment, adapting to continuous variable‑speed operation of textile process.
- Special‑purpose industrial automation equipment: supporting the motion control of custom‑built non‑standard machinery, as spare‑part replacement for original imported old equipment.
During practical deployment, confirm the matching degree between drive parameters and servo motor specifications before power‑on operation. Do not exceed the allowable input voltage range, otherwise internal power device may be permanently damaged. When the equipment is overhauled, cut off the main power supply and wait for the internal capacitor to discharge completely before disassembly. If used for long‑term continuous operation, regularly check the fastening condition of wiring terminals and the dust accumulation of heat‑dissipation holes. This product is a discontinued spare‑part, and there is no follow‑up new‑model iteration from the original factory.
