DAPU100 (3ASC25H204) is plug‑in application processing expansion board for ABB DCS500 / DCS800 series DC drives. It is used for executing complex custom application algorithms, user‑defined logic, tension control, master‑follower synchronization and other advanced process functions, offloading calculation burden from the main drive control board. It communicates with DC‑drive main unit via internal drive bus, receives speed/current reference and feedback signals, outputs processed set‑point to main controller. This board cannot operate independently, must cooperate with drive main control board, auxiliary power supply and related feedback components.
