If all LED indicators stay off, check rack back‑plane power supply loop, rule out slot pin contamination or internal power‑circuit damage on the board. Partial channel reading failure or output invalid: check field‑side loop open‑circuit / short‑circuit, terminal loose contact or internal channel circuit damage. Intermittent signal jumping or status disorder: caused by poor cabinet grounding, cable interference or cabinet inner over‑temperature. If main controller cannot identify this board, verify slot position and completeness of configuration download. After site surge or short‑circuit fault, replace this I/O interface board, and check other adjacent rack‑installed assemblies for secondary damage.
