On‑site installation points to note
Cut off all high‑voltage and auxiliary low‑voltage power supply before disassembly or installation. Apply anti‑static measures during handling PCB components, avoid scratching circuit surface. Insert board into designated slot and lock firmly to achieve reliable back‑plane contact. Keep power‑supply related wiring separated from high‑power main‑loop cables to reduce electromagnetic interference. Conduct visual inspection for burnt components and abnormal solder joints before power‑on. After installation, perform no‑load power‑on test firstly, check each output voltage index. Guarantee cabinet cooling system works well; high temperature will accelerate ageing of power‑supply components.
Common on‑site phenomena and analysis ideas
If all LED indicators stay off, check input AC power source, inspect slot contact condition or internal component damage on power board. When drive reports internal power‑supply fault, measure each group DC output voltage, judge whether load side has short‑circuit phenomenon. Intermittent drive reset or unstable control power: focus on aging of power‑supply board electrolytic capacitors, poor contact or cabinet over‑heating. After equipment short‑circuit breakdown fault, replace this power‑supply board, meanwhile check adjacent control boards for secondary damage.
