Main Functions
- 16‑channel solid‑state DC output:MOSFET sink output, no mechanical contact abrasion, support frequent high‑speed switching. Drive DC solenoid valves, small intermediate relays, cabinet indicator lamps, alarm buzzers, field proximity sensor power supply loads。
- Group‑wise galvanic isolation:4 channels per isolation group, effectively suppress cross‑group interference when mixing different field power domains.
- Full channel self‑diagnosis:Detect output short‑circuit, over‑current, load open‑circuit, internal circuit fault. Fault code with channel number is uploaded to DCS controller for alarm.

- Maintain cabinet ventilation, avoid conductive dust, corrosive gas and strong electromagnetic field.
- For inductive DC loads (solenoid coil, relay coil), connect free‑wheeling diode in parallel at load side to absorb back‑EMF, protect MOSFET output circuit.
- Strictly follow current rating: single channel shall not exceed 1 A continuous current; total module load shall not exceed 8 A.
- Cabinet protective grounding must comply with industrial control grounding specification to guarantee isolation performance and anti‑interference capability.
- Do not apply AC voltage to output channels, this module is only for DC load application.
