No independent main‑control function; data path relies on cooperating I/O module and rack backplane bus.
Working power is supplied through control rack back‑plane circuit.
Working environment must be non‑condensing inside control cabinet.
Spare parts need dry storage, prevent mechanical collision and static‑electric damage.
Cannot work standalone. Must pair with corresponding analog input module and complete rack framework. Hot‑swap under powered condition is not supported.

After power‑on, perform channel signal checking one by one.
Maintain good cabinet ventilation, long‑term high temperature will accelerate ageing of protective components.
Common on‑site phenomena and analysis ideas
No response of whole signal channel group: Check rack back‑plane power supply, terminal unit contact state or internal circuit damage.
Individual channel reading abnormal: Investigate field transmitter status, wiring open‑circuit / short‑circuit, terminal screw loose contact.
Signal value jitter intermittently: Usually caused by poor cabinet grounding, cable crosstalk or cabinet over‑temperature.
Communication abnormality between terminal unit and upper module: Confirm backplane contact condition and hardware matching relation.
After site surge accident: Replace NTAI05 terminal unit, and inspect matched analog input module for secondary damage.
