Installation & Wiring Requirements
- Cut off power supply before wiring or replacement. Firmly fix PFEA111‑65 on machine mounting base. Hot‑swap is forbidden.
- Install cable glands properly to guarantee IP65 protection grade; connect load‑cell sensor cable, power cable and analog output strictly per wiring drawing; separate sensor weak‑signal cables from high‑power cables to reduce electromagnetic interference.
- Complete protective grounding according to ABB tension‑system specification.
- After replacement, perform load‑cell calibration, set filter parameters and measuring range; verify analog output function before commissioning.
- Replacement note: parameter download and recalibration are required after unit replacement. Cannot directly swap with DIN‑rail PFEA111‑20 because of mechanical housing difference.
