It handles closed‑loop position adjustment of hydraulic cylinders driven by servo valves. When retrofitting old hydraulic control loops, this module can replace discrete analog circuit boards, reducing on‑site hardware quantity and improving loop stability. It is a common maintenance spare for units with hydraulic regulating actuators. Installation & operating notes
Even though hot‑swap is supported, minimize plug‑and‑pull operations while the system is running to reduce connector wear. Feedback signal wiring uses shielded cables, separate from high‑power cables to suppress interference. Wrong signal polarity will cause actuator reverse action or oscillation. Save parameter configuration files before replacement. After installing new module, download parameters and carry out no‑load test of hydraulic actuator, avoid mechanical impact during formal operation. Keep cabinet ventilation good. Dust accumulation on connectors will cause signal drift. Do not open module housing on‑site; replace whole unit when hardware failure occurs.
Common field phenomena & disposal thoughts
- Module fault indicator lights: Check position feedback sensor wiring for open‑circuit or short‑circuit. Confirm signal value stays within valid range. If external circuit is fine, module hardware damage may exist.
- Hydraulic actuator oscillates during movement: Check grounding of shielded cables. Optimize closed‑loop gain and dead‑zone parameters in configuration software. Check mechanical jamming of hydraulic cylinder.
- Actuator does not respond to control command: Inspect servo‑valve output channel wiring. Verify module enable status and control‑output limit parameters.
- Intermittent position deviation: Check cabinet temperature and connector contact status. Eliminate interference sources nearby. Test with spare module for comparison.
