Main Functions
- Physical and electrical interconnection for each plug‑in module inside AC800‑PEC rack.

Installation & Wiring Requirements
- Cut off cabinet total power before replacement. Insert XXD129A01 into assigned rack slot and tighten mounting screws. Hot‑swap is strictly forbidden.
- Ensure each daughter board is fully seated into back‑plane connector; separate high‑power cables and weak‑signal cables to reduce electromagnetic interference.
- Cabinet protective grounding shall comply with ABB AC800‑PEC / UNITROL6000 grounding specification.
- After replacement, confirm firmware compatibility, complete rack bus communication test before commissioning.
