Core Functions
- All‑in‑one AC‑DC power conversion: Single‑board completes AC input filtering, surge suppression and multi‑rail DC power conversion for whole 3500 rack backplane bus.
- Redundancy support: Two 114M5330‑01 modules can be configured for 1+1 redundant power, improving system reliability for critical turbine/compressor protection.
- Multi‑layer fault protection: Built‑in OVP, OCP, OTP protection, isolates internal faults, avoids damaging other monitoring modules on rack.
- Visual health diagnosis: Front‑panel SUPPLY‑OK LED provides quick status indication for field maintenance personnel.
- Full‑rack power driving: Provides stable working power for vibration, displacement, speed, relay and communication modules inserted in 3500 rack.
Installation, Replacement & Critical Warnings
- Under single‑power rack condition, fully de‑energize upstream 85‑264 VAC power before replacing 114M5330‑01. Hot‑swap operation is permitted only when redundant backup power is running normally.
- Important compatibility note: This is old‑generation integrated big‑card, cannot directly replace the later split‑type combination (106M1079‑01 +106M1081‑01 small‑card set). Hardware structure is different, cannot cross‑mix installation. Confirm part number before purchasing.
- After installation, check SUPPLY‑OK LED status; LED off indicates power‑subsystem fault. Check AC input loop and module itself sequentially.
- After replacement, verify all rack modules boot normally, download system configuration project via 3500 Rack Configuration software.
-
Common failure mode: Internal power‑conversion component aging, surge damage on input circuit. Investigate site AC power quality when whole rack loses power.
