127610‑01 is the early‑generation low‑voltage AC integrated half‑height power big‑card for 3500 TSI rack, no separate PIM small‑card required, all input filter and AC‑DC conversion circuits are integrated on single board. Input range: 85‑132 VAC, it cannot work under 220V mains environment directly. Installed in left dedicated half‑height slot of 3500‑05 rack. Supports dual redundant power configuration, hot‑swappable only under redundant power running state. Obsolete & discontinued, replacement part is 106M1079‑01+106M1081‑01 universal AC split‑type power set.

  1. LV‑AC to multi‑rail DC conversion: Single‑board completes AC input filtering, surge suppression and AC‑DC conversion, provides stable DC power for 3500 rack backplane bus.
  2. Redundancy support: Two 127610‑01 can be configured as 1+1 redundant power; lower‑slot module is primary, upper‑slot module is backup, seamless switch‑over occurs upon primary failure without rack shutdown.
  3. Multi‑layer fault protection: Built‑in OVP, OCP, OTP protection mechanism, isolate internal faults to avoid damaging other monitoring modules.
  4. Visual health diagnosis: Front‑panel SUPPLY‑OK LED indicates working status for field maintenance personnel.
  5. Full‑rack power driving: Supplies power for vibration, displacement, speed, relay and communication modules inserted in 3500 rack.

Installation, Replacement & Critical Warnings

  2. Critical risk: This is low‑voltage AC power module, input only 85‑132 VAC. Direct connection to 220V mains will burn out the power card immediately. Cannot replace with 114M5330‑01 or split‑type 106M1079‑01+106M1081‑01 without modifying site power wiring. Confirm part number and input voltage before purchasing.
  3. After installation, check SUPPLY‑OK LED status; LED off indicates power‑subsystem fault. Check AC input loop and module sequentially.
  4. After replacement, verify all rack modules boot normally, download system configuration project via 3500 Rack Configuration software.
  5. Common failure mode: Input circuit surge damage, internal power‑conversion component aging. Check site AC power quality when whole‑rack power‑loss occurs.
