Mechanical Data
‑ Dimension(W×H×D):25.4 mm ×120.7 mm ×251.5 mm ‑ Weight: approx 0.95 kg
Core Functions
- Rack communication gateway: Realizes rack configuration download, reads module status, alarm and event logs via configuration software.
- Steady‑state & transient data acquisition: Collects steady‑state vibration, displacement, speed parameters; captures high‑resolution dynamic waveform data during unit start‑up, coast‑down and alarm events for mechanical fault diagnosis.
- Upper‑system docking: Cooperates with rear Ethernet I/O card to upload measurement data and event records to System 1 condition‑monitoring platform.
- Rack status monitoring: Monitors power‑supply health and module online status, reports system‑level faults.
- Non‑interference protection loop: Hardware isolation ensures TDI fault will not affect hardware alarm and trip output of monitoring channels.
Installation, Replacement & Critical Warnings
- Module supports hot‑swap; protection function keeps running while pulling‑out, communication service is interrupted temporarily.
- Compatibility warning: ‑ Cannot directly interchange with old 3500/20‑125744‑02 RIM; backplane logic definition differs. ‑ When replacing with later‑generation 288055‑01, verify rack firmware version, mismatched firmware may cause communication anomalies. ‑ 138607‑01 is standard version, cannot be used for TMR triple‑redundant rack (TMR uses 138607‑02).
- This main board must match corresponding rear I/O card (copper / fiber), I/O card is sold separately, not included in 138607‑01.
- After replacement, check OK LED status, download rack configuration project, verify Ethernet communication and transient waveform collection function.
-
Common failure mode: Ethernet transceiver chip surge damage, USB port circuit damage, component aging.
