This software can only work paired with original Wavecrest DTS‑2079 hardware device; cannot run independently without the physical instrument. Software must be installed on Windows industrial host. Confirm network IP setting to ensure LAN communication between PC and DTS‑2079 instrument. Do not modify system time randomly during long‑time continuous measurement, which will affect timestamp accuracy of test records. Save configuration files and test logs in advance before equipment maintenance. Original manufacturer stopped support, installation packages mostly circulate in spare‑part market. Do not arbitrarily install third‑party optimization software on the dedicated test host to avoid occupying system resources and causing waveform sampling exceptions.
