On‑site application scenarios
Applied in high‑speed sorting machinery, material cutting equipment and special‑purpose automation machines. It performs quick knocking, pushing and material‑separating actions. When actuator fails, push‑rod action will be slow or no movement, which causes production‑line abnormal stop. It is used as spare replacement part for old automation equipment. After replacement, adjust air‑source pressure and check feedback‑signal reading, no complex program modification required.
Installation & operating notes
Fix firmly via four mounting holes; avoid mechanical impact on the front push‑rod. Clean dry compressed air must be supplied; add air filter to prevent dust and moisture entering inner diaphragm chamber. Excessive air pressure will damage internal diaphragm. Signal cable uses shielded wiring, keep away from high‑power cables to reduce interference leading to position feedback jitter. Do not disassemble metal housing on‑site; diaphragm belongs to wearing part. Once internal damage occurs, replace whole actuator unit.
Common field phenomena & disposal thoughts
- Push‑rod no movement: Check compressed‑air supply pressure and pipeline blockage. Inspect air‑pipe joint for air leakage.
- Action slow / weak output: Air pressure insufficient; diaphragm aging and internal air leakage.
- Position feedback signal loss: Check circular electrical plug locking condition. Inspect sensor circuit wiring.
- High cycle frequency but short service life: Confirm working air pressure is within rated range; avoid mechanical collision to push‑rod end.
