Physical appearance
Whole black main body with silver‑grey decorative border on front face. ‑ Front: LCD screen + numeric function keypad, a row of status LED lights. ‑ Rear / lower side: dense green plug‑in screw terminals, all field cables connect here. ‑ Mounting: embed into cabinet door or panel, fixed by surrounding buckles and screws. ‑ It is panel meter‑style device, not golden‑finger back‑plane plug‑in card like Triconex.
On‑site application scenarios
Installed inside motor control cabinets, protecting large‑size driving motors of pumps, fans and compressors. When abnormal conditions such as over‑current, over‑temperature and ground fault occur, it will give alarm or trip command to avoid motor burning damage. It serves as maintenance spare for old projects. After replacement, download parameter configuration, check each measuring value and protection logic test, then put into service.
Installation & operating notes
Install on cabinet panel, reserve ventilation space around device. Current‑transformer secondary wiring must be firm; prohibit open‑circuit of CT loop. Signal cables adopt shielded wire, keep separate from high‑power cables. Backup parameter files before replacement. Confirm communication parameter setting after spare installation. Hardware fault occurs, replace whole unit directly; component‑level repair on‑site is not allowed.
Common field phenomena & disposal thoughts
- Front screen no display: Check AC/DC control power supply; power normal and no display, internal power circuit damage.
- Measuring current value abnormal: Inspect CT wiring, check CT ratio parameter setting in relay.
- Unexpected trip action: View fault event log, confirm whether it is real motor fault or interference cause.
- Cannot communicate with upper computer: Check RS485 wiring, station address and baud‑rate setting.
