Standard rack‑insert main CPU card for MTL8000 rack, powered by rack backplane bus. 32‑bit RISC processor, main frequency 40 MHz, RAM 256 KB, non‑volatile storage 2 MB for logic program and event log storage. Responsible for running safety application logic, receiving data from each I/O module on the backplane, completing internal logic judgment, and issuing output commands. Communication interfaces: internal back‑plane bus for local I/O; external supporting Modbus‑RTU, Ethernet, for connecting DCS monitoring host and configuration PC. Comprehensive self‑diagnosis function, which can record time‑stamped fault events. Supports SOE sequence‑of‑event timestamp recording function. Supports firmware online upgrade. Firmware version must match each I/O module in the whole rack; version mismatch will trigger communication abnormality. Working ambient temperature: 0‑60 ℃, IP20 protection, only for cabinet‑internal installation. Weight approx 1.3 kg.
