- After finishing multi‑rack cabling and terminator installation, power‑on PLC. Verify all expansion‑rack modules can be fully identified inside programming software; check system expansion‑bus fault status bits.

Common On‑site Abnormal Conditions
‑ Partial / all expansion‑rack modules cannot be recognized: Cable pin internal breakage; loose D‑Sub connectors; missing IC693ACC307 terminator; terminator installed on intermediate rack. ‑ Intermittent expansion‑rack drop‑out, random module fault alarms: Poor shielding grounding; cable routed alongside high‑noise power cables; connector vibration‑loose; internal intermittent conductor breakage. ‑ Whole expansion‑chain communication failure: Two terminators installed on same daisy‑chain simultaneously; serious pin damage on D‑Sub connector shell. ‑ Signal distortion: Total cumulative expansion‑cable length exceeds maximum 15‑m system limit.
