Common Fault Modes
- Axis cannot home: home sensor wiring failure, wrong homing‑mode parameter setting

- Module status alarm LED: external limit trigger, wiring short‑circuit, parameter error
- Motion command no response: backplane bus communication anomaly, axis enable signal missing
