This terminal hardware snaps directly onto the rear connector of compatible RX3i high‑density I/O modules. It adopts screw fastening wiring structure, total 36 terminals, among which 32 points are used for signal channels and the rest for common and auxiliary connection purposes. It is widely matched with parts such as IC694MDL660, IC694MDL940 and other 32‑point high‑density I/O boards. Its counterpart spring‑clamp type unit is IC694TBS032 for users preferring tool‑free wiring. Extended version IC694TBB132 supplies extra rear depth for thick‑insulation field cables.
Recommended tightening torque for each screw is 0.79Nm (7 lb‑in). Appropriate wire stripping length should be kept around 7.87 mm. Improper torque will result in loose contact or thread damage inside terminal seat. Suitable wire gauge ranges from 18AWG up to 12AWG. Transparent outer cover offers basic dust protection and visual inspection convenience for wiring status. No internal circuit components are built inside this unit; it purely serves as wiring transition medium without signal conversion function.
Environmental working parameters follow industrial cabinet‑mount requirement. Operating temperature covers 0°C ~ +60°C. Storage and transportation temperature runs ‑40°C ~ +85°C. When deploying this fitting, users need to confirm physical compatibility with target I/O module before installation. Make sure the block is fully locked on module rear side to avoid intermittent signal fault caused by poor mating. Keep exposed copper wire section short enough to prevent adjacent‑terminal short‑circuit risk. This terminal block fits RX3i series only and cannot be adapted for Series 90‑30 hardware.
