GE IS200SRTDH2ACB SRTD Simplex RTD Terminal Board

IS200SRTDH2ACB (SRTD board) is simplex RTD resistance‑temperature‑detector field terminal board for GE Mark VI / Mark VIe Speedtronic gas‑steam turbine control system. It provides screw‑type termination for field RTD temperature sensors, supports 2‑wire and 3‑wire PT100 / PT1000 thermal resistance sensors, collects bearing temperature, stator temperature, exhaust gas temperature and other thermal measurement signals of turbine unit. It transmits conditioned temperature signals to matched PRTD I/O pack via high‑density IDC ribbon cable. Conformal‑coated PCB is suitable for power‑plant harsh environment. It is simplex hardware; TMR triple‑modular‑redundant system needs three identical SRTD boards. Temperature measurement data participates in unit over‑temperature alarm and thermal protection logic judgement. Product status: Obsolete, spare‑part only supply available.

Main Functions

  1. Screw‑terminal field termination for turbine RTD temperature sensors: bearing metal temperature, winding temperature, exhaust temperature, lube‑oil temperature signals.
  2. Support 2‑wire /3‑wire RTD sensor configuration, suppress lead‑wire resistance measuring error.
  3. Signal filtering and surge protection for long‑distance field wiring under high‑EMI power‑plant environment.
  4. Transmit conditioned resistance‑value signals to PRTD I/O pack via ribbon‑cable link for temperature conversion calculation.
  5. On‑board channel self‑diagnosis: detect RTD sensor open‑circuit, short‑circuit fault, report fault status to main controller.
  6. On‑board self‑diagnosis: detect terminal‑board auxiliary power loss and ribbon‑cable link failure.
  7. LED status indication:
    • Green LED:Terminal‑board auxiliary power normal
    • Yellow LED:Ribbon‑cable link communication active
    • Red LED:Field‑channel fault / link communication loss alarm

Installation & Wiring Requirements

  1. Cut off rack power supply before replacement. Hot‑swap is forbidden. Strict anti‑static protection when handling PCB board.
  2. Secure DIN‑rail mounting bracket firmly; ensure IDC ribbon‑cable connectors fully locked without loose contact.
  3. Restore on‑board jumper (2‑wire /3‑wire mode) strictly consistent with original configuration before field wiring.
  4. RTD sensor wiring strictly follow GE Speedtronic wiring manual; temperature signal cables adopt shielded twisted‑pair, separate from high‑power cables; connect shielding to dedicated ground terminal.
  5. Complete protective grounding according to GE Speedtronic system specification.
  6. After replacement: verify ribbon‑cable link status, calibrate each temperature channel reading, validate over‑temperature alarm response before commissioning.
  7. Replacement note: TMR redundant system requires three‑set SRTD channel consistency verification; full‑channel temperature function test mandatory after swap.
