Description
Technical highlights
AC input range: 90‑264 VAC, power factor correction ≥0.99. Supports N+1 redundant parallel operation with internal OR‑ing diodes. CPCI standard P1/P2 connector, compliant with PICMG specification. Built‑in over‑voltage, over‑current and over‑temperature protection. Operating ambient: 0℃ ~ +55℃; storage‑40℃ ~ +85℃; humidity 5‑95% non‑condensing; IP20 cabinet‑mount only. Compatibility note: Strictly match rack backplane specification. Unit firmware and hardware variant shall be confirmed during replacement.

Physical features
Standard 6U CompactPCI Eurocard form‑factor. Front panel fitted with status LED indicators and extraction ejector latches. Rear P1/P2 connectors handle AC input and CPCI backplane power distribution. Part‑number PCI354‑1022‑38‑02088‑019 is marked on housing nameplate. PCB adopts conformal‑coated treatment for dust‑proof performance in industrial cabinet surroundings.
Site application scenario
Mainly deployed in hardware‑in‑loop simulation benches and legacy CompactPCI control racks. Supplies stable DC power for CPU, reflective‑memory and I/O boards. Module failure will cut off power for assigned rack slots. Under redundant configuration, standby power unit will take over to avoid system outage. After replacement, insert module into designated slot, check backplane contact quality, verify power‑on status and output stability before commissioning.
Installation & maintenance notes
Power off rack before replacement. Anti‑static protection is required, avoid scratching rear connector pins. Separate AC power cables from low‑signal control cables to reduce electromagnetic interference. Check heat dissipation clearance during installation; poor ventilation triggers over‑heat alarm. On‑site component‑level repair is prohibited. Replace complete unit when permanent hardware damage occurs.
Common site fault performances
- Power LED remains off after power‑on: Check AC input loop and internal fuse condition.
- Intermittent rack reset or crash: Inspect power derating margin, cabinet temperature and backplane contact status.
- Redundancy function abnormal: Verify parallel‑sharing signal wiring between multiple power supplies.
-
Module cannot be recognized by rack monitoring unit: Check backplane communication circuit and hardware variant matching.
