The T8111C is a conformal‑coated TMR triple‑modular‑redundancy main processor module of ICS Triplex Trusted series. Compliant with IEC61508 SIL3 safety standard, it adopts 2‑out‑of‑3 voting architecture and supports hot‑swap. It features wide operating temperature of ‑40~+85℃ and G3 conformal coating suitable for salt‑fog and corrosive environments. 5. Important Notes

  1. Firmware version must strictly match all I/O modules in the system. Mismatched firmware may trigger voting faults and system shutdown. Verify firmware build number when replacing spares.
  2. T8111C is not equivalent to T8110C. T8111C has conformal coating, higher temperature rating up to +85℃ and larger SOE buffer for offshore/corrosive service. Do not mix‑replace with T8110C without validation.
  3. NVRAM depends on on‑board battery. Data may be lost upon battery ageing; periodic battery replacement is required.
  4. Compatible only with dedicated Trusted chassis; not for standard PLC racks.
