- Firmware version must strictly match all I/O modules in the system. Mismatched firmware may trigger voting faults and system shutdown. Verify firmware build number when replacing spares.
- T8111C is not equivalent to T8110C. T8111C has conformal coating, higher temperature rating up to +85℃ and larger SOE buffer for offshore/corrosive service. Do not mix‑replace with T8110C without validation.
- NVRAM depends on on‑board battery. Data may be lost upon battery ageing; periodic battery replacement is required.
- Compatible only with dedicated Trusted chassis; not for standard PLC racks.
