Site application scenario

Mainly deployed in thermal‑power Ovation DCS cabinets. Used for low‑voltage analog signal collection from vibration sensors and special process transmitters. Channel damage will cause corresponding measurement point loss. Fault of the whole personality base will make all 8 analog input channels unavailable. After replacement, complete mechanical docking with electronic module, check terminal wiring tightness, download matching hardware configuration, verify each channel raw reading against field real signal before commissioning.

Installation & maintenance notes

Power off relevant signal loop before swap. Anti‑static protection shall be adopted during handling. Avoid bending rear connector pins. Low‑level analog signal cables must use shielded twisted‑pair cables, keep separated from high‑power cables to reduce interference. Check terminal condition during routine overhaul; oxidation and loose terminals will bring signal drift. On‑site component‑level repair is prohibited.
