Single module failure will cut off power for corresponding rack slots. Under N+1 redundant configuration, standby power unit will take over automatically to avoid system crash. After replacement, insert module into designated power slot, lock ejector latch firmly, check backplane contact condition, verify power‑on status and output voltage stability before commissioning.

Installation & maintenance notes

Cut off rack AC power before replacement. Anti‑static protection required during handling. Avoid scratching rear P1/P2 connector pins. Separate AC power cables from low‑signal control cables to reduce electromagnetic interference. Ensure chassis fan cooling meets specification; poor ventilation will activate thermal protection.
