  2. Keep cabinet air circulation and clean. Dust accumulation on circuit board will cause signal reading error. Prevent corrosive gas and liquid from entering the unit.
  3. After wiring, perform speed signal simulation calibration. Verify overspeed trip action and check alarm indicators. Record threshold parameters for future reference.
  4. Store spare controller of the same model. Do not modify internal protection logic on site. Replace the whole unit once permanent circuit damage occurs.

Common Fault Handling

  • No speed reading: Check speed pickup sensor, shield cable wiring, cable breakage and pulse signal integrity.
  • Incorrect speed value: Inspect pickup installation gap, cable interference and parameter configuration.
  • Overspeed false alarm: Check signal noise, loose terminals and pickup insulation degradation.
  • Cannot modify setting parameters: Check front panel key lock switch status.
  • No power and all LEDs off: Verify 24VDC input power and terminal connection.
