Main Functions Run complex user‑customized application logic for DC drive system. Realize tension closed‑loop calculation, master‑follower speed synchronization, winding‑diameter calculation for winding equipment. Receive process‑related analog and internal drive signals, compute and output speed reference value to main control unit. Support adaptive program function, realize special process control requirements which cannot be completed by standard drive firmware. Front‑panel LED indicators display power‑on status, program running status and hardware‑fault alarm codes for on‑site inspection. Hardware self‑diagnosis detects internal circuit faults and program execution errors, upload fault‑alarm information to DC drive main unit. Parameter configuration, adaptive program editing and download are completed by ABB DriveWindow engineering software.
Installation Requirement Plug‑in installation inside DCS500 / DCS800 DC drive cabinet. Strictly separate power cables and weak‑signal wiring, shielded cables shall be adopted for analog signal lines. Ensure reliable cabinet protective grounding. After board replacement, confirm full part‑number DAPU100 / 3ASC25H204 matches original project configuration, download complete drive parameter file and user adaptive program. Perform signal‑loop check, program download verification and process‑function commissioning test. Different hardware revisions cannot be directly interchanged without program and parameter adaptation. Do not put into service until no hardware self‑diagnosis fault alarm exists.
Typical Application Scenarios Application‑processing‑board spare‑part for ABB DCS500/DCS800 DC drive systems; widely used for metallurgy, papermaking, textile winding‑equipment tension‑control and master‑slave synchronization system maintenance and spare‑part replacement.
Key Features
